How it works in practice

A simple and secure process

You create an album.
You add photos quickly and easily. The number of albums is unlimited - you have a full 100 GB of storage to use.
STEP 02
You send a private link.
You share the album with a link that stays active only for as long as you choose, a week for example. You can also protect it with a password and send it straight to specific email addresses.
STEP 03
Your client views the album.
The photo preview has multiple safeguards against unauthorized copying, screenshots, and downloads. Your client can mark photos as favorites and leave comments for you. See the demo album

You receive organized feedback.
Comments and liked photos are laid out clearly in one place. You can reply to your client's notes and agree on any changes.
STEP 05
You finalize the transaction and send the files.
Once you and your client have settled the details and the transaction is complete, you securely share the original files for download.

How much does the service cost, and are there any extra fees?+
The monthly plan costs €30 (plus applicable taxes) and includes every feature; there are no additional fees. You get 100 GB of storage and can fill it with as many albums as you like.
How are photos shared through safepic protected?+
We use a combination of advanced techniques that protect photos from copying, downloading, and screenshots. The album owner can also set a password and choose when public access to the album expires. Want to see safepic in practice? Open the demo album.
Do I get my storage space back after deleting an album?+
Yes, you can manage your storage however you like. There are no additional fees per album or per uploaded photo.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes, you can cancel the plan at any time. You can keep creating new albums until the end of the billing period. After that you'll keep access to your existing albums for a limited time so you can download them.
What photo formats can I upload?+
We support JPG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF, up to 50 MB per file.
